There are two packages offered to help you save time in planning your wedding:
A Time for Us
This package includes personal service from start to finish. Once your budget has been established, I will coordinate in finding the best vendors to meet your budget. This includes personally attending vendor consultations with you and assisting in selecting the vendor that will provide the most value for your budget amount.
Some of the services I provide as part of this package are:
- Personalized wedding consulting service with unlimited hours
- Develop a wedding timeline with frequent updates
- Visit ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner sites with you prior to selection
- Assist you in selecting wedding invitations, thank you notes, etc. according to your theme (this includes mailing the invitations and handling the RSVP list)
- Assist in selection of a florist, white doves, photographer/videographer, limousine service, event decorator, wedding cake designer, catering service, music selection
- Be present at the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Assist in and hotel accommodations, etc.
And so much more.
With this package, I will also assist you in scheduling appointments and contract negotiations with the vendors you have selected and guide you in a payment schedule that is mutually agreed upon by both you and the vendor. It includes keeping a record of your budget, consultation and assistance in vendor selection, contract negotiation and review, attendance at various planning meetings with vendors, etiquette advisement, phone calls, and email access.
Wedding Design
Perhaps you have already chosen and contracted the vendors for your wedding day and would like to have me coordinate your selections. This package includes:
- One hour at the rehearsal
- One hour before your ceremony; and
- Up to six hours on your wedding day
I will act as the liaison to the vendors you have provided and assure that setup is as you selected and contracted both for your ceremony and reception sites. I will assist where necessary and make sure that the ordinary wedding customs are followed (cutting of the cake, toasts, garter toss, etc.)
I do not accept a commission from any vendor and the vendors who are recommended to you are chosen because of their expertise and commitment in providing you and your guests the best they have to offer in their profession. Most of the vendors I recommend offer discounts from 5 to 15% that are passed on to you, making your wedding budget dollars stretch further.
